COVID-19 POLICY UPDATES/INFO
To minimize trips to the post office, we are batching our shipments into 2 deliveries to per week.
All jewelry is made by clean and healthy hands. If you wish to clean your new jewelry as an extra precaution, please follow our jewelry cleaning guidelines here.
Typically we ship orders next day, but to minimize trips to the post office and UPS during the COVID-19 outbreak, please allow 2-3 days processing time before shipment. Mineral + Mine currently ships within the United States only. USPS and UPS options are available upon checkout. All orders order $50 qualify for free USPS ground shipping.
Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with tracking information. If you are in need of rush shipping please use the contact page here to reach us. We are happy to work with you for time sensitive shipping.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact Mineral + Mine within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns must be sent back unworn, and in their original condition and packaging. Shipping costs can not be refunded. You can reach us about returns here.
We are happy to accommodate repairs of your Mineral + Mine pieces. For repairs, please use the contact page to reach us. Repairs may be subject to fees for materials or labor. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees. We do not offer repair services on jewelry from other brands or designers.
Special orders will be accommodated whenever possible. Many pieces can be made in alternate stones or lengths. If the product you are looking for is no longer listed, it may be available again by special order. For specialty gifts, such as bridesmaids sets, please don't hesitate to contact us.
