SHIPPING

Orders will be processed and shipped out in 1-3 business days. I am a one woman show and process orders as quickly as possible! I ship most orders next business day; this policy is in place to allow wiggle room for unexpected life interruptions! (family illness, busy season, etc) Please reach out to me directly if you have questions about your order turnaround time.

Mineral + Mine ships worldwide; UPS and USPS rates for your area will autofill upon checkout. All orders over $150 ship free in the USA via USPS ground. Insurance on your package is FREE and automatically included with every order.

You will receive a shipping notification with tracking when your order ships out. 

Please be aware that all shipping times should be considered estimates and may fluctuate, even when expedited shipping is chosen. 

A note on expedited shipping: If you choose an expedited shipping option (ie: USPS priority or UPS 2-Day), this expedited delivery will only apply once your package has shipped! I can not expedite my turnaround time for processing. If you have questions about this or need an item faster than my policy allows (1-3 business days too process) please reach out to me directly.

RETURNS

All special collection release items are FINAL SALE. These pieces are in high demand on the day that the website is updated, so can not be returned at a later date. 

Items from the CORE collection can be returned within 30 days. If for any reason you are not happy with your CORE collection purchase, please contact Mineral + Mine within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns must be sent back unworn, and in their original condition and packaging. Shipping costs can not be refunded.

There are no returns on sale pieces.

REPAIRS

I am are happy to accommodate repairs of your Mineral + Mine pieces. For repairs, please use the contact page to reach me. Repair cost depends on the nature of the damaged piece, and repairs may be subject to fees for materials or labor. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees. I do not offer repair services on jewelry from other brands or designers.

 

SPECIAL ORDERS / CUSTOMS

I do not currently do any custom orders. If this ever changes, I will announce it on Instagram and via my newsletter. Sign up for the newsletter at the bottom of the home page.

 

COVID-19 POLICY 

All jewelry is made by clean and healthy hands. If you wish to clean your new jewelry as an extra precaution, please follow our jewelry cleaning guidelines here.
